Saturday, November 7, 10am to 11:30am PST
Zoom workshop led by Sandra Nesheim
In this challenging time that we live in, it can be difficult to get out of bed in the morning. It would feel wonderful to stay huddled under a blanket instead of interacting with the chaotic world that exists.
In this workshop, attendees will learn:
- some practical psychological coping strategies for anxiety
- faith-based concepts to give us hope as we move forward in the future
